We are looking for brilliant marketing minds to join our growing team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in accelerating Ranomics's growth in the marketplace.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

  • Manage social media channels and online presence, engaging with the audience and monitoring performance metrics.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generating reports and recommendations for improvement.

  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.

  • Help maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for design, printing, and other marketing-related services.

  • Support email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics like open rates and click-through rates.

  • Conduct keyword research and contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.

  • Monitor website analytics, analyze website traffic, and suggest website content improvements.

  • Assist in budget management, tracking marketing expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative marketing approaches.

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in marketing, services and/or sales

  • Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented.

  • Strong business acumen with experience presenting scientific information to the biotechnology industry.

  • Able to get people excited about new products and services.

  • Experience working with and managing CRM tools.

  • Comfortable engaging in conversation with business leaders.

  • Driven to grow business and professional network
