We are looking for brilliant marketing minds to join our growing team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in accelerating Ranomics's growth in the marketplace.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.

Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Manage social media channels and online presence, engaging with the audience and monitoring performance metrics.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generating reports and recommendations for improvement.

Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.

Help maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for design, printing, and other marketing-related services.

Support email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics like open rates and click-through rates.

Conduct keyword research and contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.

Monitor website analytics, analyze website traffic, and suggest website content improvements.

Assist in budget management, tracking marketing expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Stay updated on marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative marketing approaches.

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

1+ years experience in marketing, services and/or sales
-
Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented.

Strong business acumen with experience presenting scientific information to the biotechnology industry.

Able to get people excited about new products and services.

Experience working with and managing CRM tools.

Comfortable engaging in conversation with business leaders.
